To be able to use Dropbox, you must create an account first. You can also set the device to sync all folders in your Dropbox, or you can use "Selective Sync" to choose certain people.
After you install Dropbox on your computer, you will be able to copy or move the data to be shared online. So, if you want to access your Dropbox files through another location, simply log in using the username and password in the Dropbox developer website.
Although you do not have the Dropbox app installed on the computer. You can still view, download or upload content directly through a web browser.
However, the work will be easier and faster if Dropbox is installed on a particular computer. In the online browser you can search for files and folders in your Dropbox, create a new folder, view files and deleted events ( similar to Explorer in Windows ), send invitations to your friends, and many more features provided by this application.
However, the free version of Dropbox only offers 2GB of space for you. But you can get extra space free, by completing the "Getting Started" tour and by sending invitations to friends ( you can get up to 8GB ).
The point is that Dropbox provides one of the simplest solutions for online data sharing, and highly recommended for all users.
