Game Garata The Battle of Baratayudha | Garata: The Battle of Baratayudha bukan sembarang game. Permainan ini dibuat oleh developer lokal Depok yang berkisah Perang Baratayudha namun dalam versi game robot. Seperti apa?

Game itu sendiri akan tersedia gratis dan bisa dimainkan via mobile web, WAP browser, dan platform KotaGames. Konten lokal sangat mendominasi permainan ini meski dibalut karakter modern robot.

Dalam pers rilis Tanoshi Creative, developer permainan tersebut yang dikutip dari Kompas, Garata: The Battle of Baratayudha miliki banyak tokoh yang telah dikenal oleh masyarakat Indonesia.

Tokoh dan karakter ini sering muncul dalam cerita pewayangan. Sebut saja Pandawa Lima, Gatot Kaca, Garuda, Punakawan hingga Hanoman. Tokoh-tokoh ini akan dibalut dalam wajah robot laiknya Gundam.

Direktur Eksekutif Tanoshii Creative, Oscar Kurniawan mengatakan jika game besutannya telah lakukan serangkaian uji coba. Mereka mengundang banyak pemain untuk tingkatkan mulu serta kualitas.

“Kunci dari permainan ini terletak dari kekuatan komunitas, jadi kami ingin komunitas pemain terlibat sejak awal,” ujarnya.

Saat ini permainan Garata: The Battle of Baratayudha telah tersedia di KotaGame (m.kotagames.com) dan di kedepannya akan hadir di platform game lain macam Gempon. Dalam pada itu untuk versi di dua OS top macam Android dan iOS masih dalam proses.

Menurut Oscar, mereka terus termotivasi untuk membuat game Garata jadi lebih baik. Untuk itu game tersebut masih terus dikembangkan dan dikembangkan hingga saat ini.

Game Battlefield 4 akan optimal menggunakan prosesor dan pengolah grafis dari AMD. Game Battlefield 4 ini dikembangkan menggunakan mesin grafis Frostbite 3 oleh DICE yang merupakan anak perusahaan Electronic Arts (EA). Hal ini merupakan salah satu nilai tambah bagi prosesor dan pengolah grafis besutan AMD.

Seperti yang kita ketahui, Advanced Micro Device atau AMD telah menjadi pemasok prosesor dan pengolah grafis untuk konsol terbaru besutan Microsoft dan Sony. Hal ini membawa keuntungan dengan banyaknya game yang dioptimalkan untuk prosesor dan pengolah grafis dari AMD, salah satunya adalah game Battlefield 4.

Game Battlefield 4 | Baik konsol Microsoft Xbox One dan Sony PlayStation 4 ditenagai oleh custom APU (Accelerated Processing Unit) yang didalamnya terdapat prosesor AMD Jaguar x86 8 core yang dipadukan dengan pengolah grafis dari AMD Radeon yang menggunakan arsitektur GCN (Graphics Core Next). Oleh karena itu, pengembang game tentu akan mendesain agar game buatan mereka optimal di dua konsol tersebut.

“Masuk akal bahwa pengembang game akan fokus pada hardware AMD dengan hardware AMD yang menjadi tulang punggung generasi konsol generasi baru,” pernyataan AMD, seperti yang dilansir dari Xbitlabs (21/06/2013).

Optimasi mesin grafis Frostbite 3 untuk arsitektur AMD adalah sebuah keuntungan besar karena mesin grafis tersebut digunakan pada game-game populer seperti Battlefield 4, Mirror’s Edge 2, Need for Speeds Rivals, dan banyak lagi. Game-game tersebut akan menampilkan performa terbaiknya jika dijalankan dengan prosesor dan pengolah grafis dari AMD.

“DICE memiliki kemitraan dengan AMD khususnya untuk Battlefield 4 pada PC untuk menampilkan dan mengoptimalkan game untuk hardware AMD. Ini tidak mengecualikan kerja sama DICE dengan mitra lain untuk memastikan pemain memiliki pengalaman hebat di satu set macam PC untuk semua judul mereka,” kata juru bicara EA.
